new is always better! events, venues and catering, now 'aspire'.

Aspire Logo

The events, venues and catering arm of UOW Pulse has launched a rebrand and name change to Aspire. With an expanded management team and a revamped modern menu, Aspire reflects a renewed approach to enhancing your events through quality food and beverage service combined with a wide range of flexible catering options.

Aspire continues to offer services including venues, complete event management and catering for occasions of all styles and size at both our UOW Wollongong Campus and Innovation Campus facilities featuring conference venues, function venues, stylish meeting rooms and unique corporate event spaces.

Aspire’s recently introduced campus catering menu is packed with delicious and flexible options and a convenient on campus ‘drop off’ delivery option.

From working lunches through to share menus or formal sit down events, our team is driven by a desire to enhance your event with packages to suit every budget either at our own venues on campus or on location at the venue of your choice.

The growth of the business has been enabled through the completion of our one million dollar Production kitchen which offers state of the art facilities on campus.

Combining the new kitchen features with a team of globally experienced events staff, you can trust us to deliver for your next meeting, dinner, conference or launch event.

A NEW NAME AND NEW LOOK for sport & fitness on campus.

From 19 August 2017, UOW Recreation and Aquatic Centre (URAC) and iChealth will be known as… UniActive!

Why the change? UniActive forms part of a new ‘family’ of businesses and programs managed by UOW Pulse Ltd which are tasked with delivering a campus service experience to meet the needs of an ever evolving campus life. The ‘family’ also includes UniShop, UniBar, UniClubs and UniLife for communications on campus. UniActive was selected as our new name after consultation with stakeholder groups.

So what can you expect from UniActive? You can expect the same friendly team and the same high quality equipment and facilities at two great locations, Wollongong Campus and Innovation Campus.

As sad as we’ll be to say goodbye to ‘URAC’ and ‘iChealth’, we’re also thrilled about our fresh new look and direction. Our new brand will be rolled out over the remainder of the year so stay tuned for the exciting transformation!
