Enjoy the Melbourne Cup on Tue 3 Nov at the UniBar. The race will be shown in the UniBar at 3 pm and try your luck with a sweepstake ticket! Tickets can be bought on Mon 2 Nov from 11.30-1.30pm and Tue 3 Nov 11.30-3pm from the bar. Melbourne Cup stubby holders are free from now until Cup Day when you purchase a schooner of Boags Draught. Volunteers Needed
Volunteer applications are now open for the 2009 Illawarra Folk Festival & close on the 15 Nov. This annual event will be held at Slacky Flat, Bulli Showground from 14-17 Jan, 2010 and is a great opportunity to learn new skills, meet new people and be a part of this great event! Underwater Hockey
The UOW Underwater Hockey Club is running a 6 wk introductory course from 3rd Nov - 8th Dec 09 @ the URAC Pool. This mixed event is for all and must be 15+ yrs of age.
$6 pool entry + $20 course fee with
