Stress Less Week
It’s time to get zen. We're celebrating Stress Less Week from 23-27 October with tonnes of cool stuff to check out on campus. Uni life can sometimes get the better of you so to help you chill out and calm down, we’re dedicating the whole week to being chill.
Join us during this lovely week of reflection at several fun and stress-free events around campus, including:
- Mindfulness sessions
- Yoga and yoghurt classes
- Breakfast after dark
- Petting zoo
- Lunch on the lawn
- Tea and coffee and colouring in stations
- Plastic bag mat weaving (do not miss this!)
- Re-energise, body blast and cardiobox classes with UniActive

Test your knowledge of useless facts and compete in wacky challenges to win gig tickets and other prizes.
LUNCH ON THE LAWN, WED & THUS, DUCK POND LAWN
Enjoy some glorious winter sunshine with live music and games over lunch.
Fish those coins out of the bottom of your bag and treat yo'self to some goodies. Get your lollies and nuts, books, pre-loved clothes, plants jewellery and bakery treats at the first Market Alley, every second Wednesday during session.
