All UniCentre outlets serving alcohol promote the responsible service of alcohol for legal, health and community reasons.
Any patrons found to be crowd surfing will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
Alcohol & The Law
The Liquor act as amended requires licensees to accept more responsibility for the behaviour of patrons on licensed premises.
A person shall not sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years.
A licensee shall not permit intoxication or any indecent, violent or quarrelsome conduct on their licensed premises.
A person shall not sell or supply any liquor to any person who is intoxicated, violent or quarrelsome.
It is an offence to remain on or in the vicinity of licensed premises when asked to leave by the licensee or their employees.
