Long Day Care

There are two Long Day Care Centres catering for children between the ages of 6 weeks and 5 years. Kids’ Uni – North caters for 58 children per day and Kid’s Uni – South for 59 children per day. The centres operate between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday and are open 51 weeks of the year. Both centres offer full-time, part-time care and occasional care.

In accordance with Commonwealth Government requirements both services are accredited with the National Childcare Accreditation Council. Kid’s Uni – North and Kid’s Uni – South are accredited as operating at the highest level. Both childcare centres are also regulated by the State Department of Community Services.

Child Care fees may be subsidised through "Childcare Benefit" or "Student child care Subsidy".

Out of School hours Care

After School Care

Catering for children between the ages of 5 years and 12 years. The service operates between the hours of 3:00pm to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday within school terms. Transport is available from selected schools. Child Care Benefit is available to help subsidise the cost of care.

NEW 12 - 15 year old Program

This program is the first of its kind in Australia, providing fun activities while also meeting the needs of busy parents. The program provides young people in this age group with a fun and unique experience.

Vacation Care

Caters for children between the ages of 5 years and 12 years. The service operates between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm during school holidays. Child Care Benefit is available. Vacation care is also available for the new 12 - 15 year old program.

After School Care and Vacation Care are both accredited with the National Childcare Accreditation Council at the highest level. Both services operate under the National Standards for Outside School Hours Care.

Pupil Free Days

Care is offered on Pupil Free Days between 8:00am and 6:00pm. Bookings are required.

Note: Services are closed on Public Holidays and between Christmas and New Year.
