Be part of a bigger picture!
24th – 28th August (Week 5)
In Week 5, the UOW campus will celebrate its multicultural diversity during International Week.
We would like to extend an invitation to all UOW staff and students to participate in the celebrations.
To compete in the photography competition “Faces and Places” submit your best and favourite shot of your home country or an international adventure with a chance to get it published in next year’s UniCentre diary.

On Monday evening there will be traditional music and dance performances in the Uni Hall Foyer and an International games evening in the UniBar (e.g, Mah-jongg).
On Tuesday it is ‘Cultural Dress Day’ at UOW and we encourage all UOW students and staff to wear their traditional cultural clothes to the campus. There will be free live entertainment on the Duck Pond Lawn and all student service groups are invited to set up a stall.
On Wednesday we invite all clubs & societies, staff and other students to participate in UOW’s Giant International Bake Sale. Start baking and sell traditional sweets and baked goods on the Duck pond lawn during lunch time. This will be a great fundraising opportunity for your favourite charity or special event.
On Thursday, the annual Living @ UOW Global Highway returns. Participants will visit each “country” across campus with their passport and there are great prizes to be won.
