SPARK

An initiative of the UOW Business Leadership Team

SPARK has been created and is run by the Business Leadership team, a group of 8 students who are currently completing a three year student leadership program.

The team is organising a one day business conference for UOW students and local youth on Friday 4^th September 2009.

A mix of guest speakers and interactive workshops will provide participants with ongoing business leadership experience and skills that are applicable in everyday and business life and a deeper understanding of various business topics and their relation to leadership

The conference is to all UOW students and youth of the wider Illawarra community but is specifically of interest to:

• Commerce Students 
• High School Students studying Business Studies and Economics. 
• Anyone with an interest in business and leadership

The conference aims to positively influence and educate the UOW campus and wider community in the area of Business Leadership and if successful will provide a model for future student run business conferences and seminars.
