Annual Reports
Each year every club must submit an Annual Report and a Half Yearly Report as a summation of the clubs’ activities for the year. This is an opportunity for each club to reflect on their activities, successes and challenges.
Please note: If an appropriate Annual Report is not received by the due date, CSE has the authority to freeze a club or society's bank account, and in extreme cases, to cancel their affiliation. In this circumstance the club or society will also not be eligible for any of the Annual C&S Awards.
If reports are not submitted by the due date clubs will not have access to room bookings or funding.
This report should be compiled by the Executive (with the assistance of other club members) and should contain the following documents:
- President’s Report
- Overview of the year
- Successes and challenges from the year
- Aims for the following year
- Vice President’s Report
- Activities/ Events held by the club throughout the year
- Attendance at events
- Key service providers used
- Secretary’s Report
- Minutes from the Annual General Meeting
- Up to date membership list (using template)
- Executive lists including contacts (using template) for both the current and following year
- Treasurers Report
- Profit and Loss Statement for the Club in the year (using template)
- A photocopy of the most recent NAB Bank Statement
- Membership Receipt Book
It is essential that the minutes of the AGM are included; therefore all Clubs and Societies must ensure that their AGM is finalised and minutes typed before this date.
The Annual Report must be handed into the C&S Office by 4pm, 23 October 2009
