| Training Grant | These funds will assist in the costs of training and development opportunities such as short courses, workshops, seminars, conferences etc. This may also be used to purchase club resources that can be utilised by future club members such as banners and club signage. * ** |

| Social Grant | These funds may be used to subsidise food and beverage, room hire, decorations, entertainment etc. for social events held for the members of a club. These social events must take place on the UOW campus. |

| Campus Engagement Grant | Clubs & Societies have a responsibility as a club to facilitate one activity or event per session for the benefit of the wider campus community. This is to assist with costs of these events. |

* Any items bought by a club with CSE funding are considered the property of CSE and will become the property of CSE when the club defaults.
** CSE will not fund resources that can be used for the personal use of members, such as clothing and stationery.
To apply for funding, fill in the funding form and event brief. Bring the forms with any supporting documentation (minutes from meeting, detailed budget, quotes for good/services to be purchased etc) to the CSE office, 1st floor, building 11 before the funding deadline. Please note you MUST bring in all supporting documentation necessary for your application to be considered.
All funding must be applied for BEFORE the expense is incurred.
Spring Semester 2009 funding rounds:
Week 6 - submissions due by Monday 24th August
Week 9 - submissions due by Monday 14th September
Week 12 - submissions due by Monday 12th October
