UOW Exchange Club

We are a group of local and international students who celebrate the cultural diversity of the university environment, as well as the local Wollongong area. We aim to provide a social network for students who have recently arrived, particularly if they are having trouble finding their feet in a new environment. By holding monthly social events, such as informal dinners, movie nights and exchange lunches, we give students a chance to find others from the same background, as well as meet and gain an understanding of people from a range of cultures and experiences. We also organise bushwalks and other events so people can have a chance to experience local and Aussie culture.
